Simon Coyle

Simon studied Economics and Politics at the University of Warwick. After graduating in 2007 he was accepted to join the 2008 cohort of Teach First and spent the year studying Political Theory at the University of Sheffield before going on to teach Citizenship, Economics and History at Kingsmead School in Enfield. After leaving the classroom, Simon and his friend and colleague Jonathan Sobczyk co-founded a charity called The Brilliant Club, which exists to widen access to highly selective universities by recruiting, training and employing doctoral and postdoctoral researchers in non-selective state schools to deliver programmes of university-style teaching.
