Tim Stirrup is a qualified teacher of mathematics with an MBA, who has worked in schools, in business and with online learning for over 25 years.
He was recently a Director of the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics, and prior to that worked for 5 years during the development of the London Grid for Learning . Tim has also worked in online content development and taught his first online synchronous maths lesson back in 2003. He has significant experience in educational technology, in marketing to teachers and schools and his first educational business was a set of revision cards contained in a 3 1/4″ floppy disc case!
